Rabbi Yehuda Fensterheim

Rabbi Yehuda F ensterheim was born in Yerushalayim to a family of olim and grew up in Raanana. After attending high school in Raanana, he joined the IDF for a three-year stint in totchanim (the combat artillery division) and continued his learning at the post-army Yeshiva G’voha of Eli. In 2012 he met and married Shira Stopel. Shira, raised in Pteach Tikvah and educated in Emunah of Yerushalayim, holds a degree in Drama and Jewish Education and is a published author of two books. In 2015, the Fensterheims moved back to Raanana to join the Eretz Chemda Kollel where they educated and inspired the Anglo community for four years. They are excited about the opportunity to meet and grow with the Kollel community. They live in West Rogers Park with their three sons: Ori Yitzchak, Eitan, and Roey.
